Not only do smoothie bowls taste amazing, but they LOOK amazing. When my food is worthy of a social media picture first, you know it is going to be delicious.
We all know breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Starting my day off with good nutrition uplifts my mood. Tasty provides eleven bowls with any flavor you can think of. My favorites are the Almond Butter & Raspberry and Chocolaty Peanut Butter & Banana.
These bowls are so simple, taking only five minutes until ready. If you ever feel rushed in the mornings, prepare these in the evening, and grab-and-go in the mornings.
The following are how to make my favorite bowls:
Almond Butter & Raspberry
INGREDIENTS
1 large banana, 1 ½ cups raspberries, ½ cup soy milk, ½ cup ice, 2 Tbsp. almond butter, 1 Tbsp. honey, plus additional for drizzling, 5 strawberries, sliced, ¼ cup granola, 2 Tbsp. shredded coconut
PREPARATION
Blend the banana, 1 cup of the raspberries, soy milk, ice, almond butter, and 1 tablespoon of the honey until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top with the strawberries, granola, coconut, remaining ½ cup raspberries, and a drizzle of honey.
Chocolaty Peanut Butter & Banana
