Since the end of March, we have been shipping masks out to those in need. Many people have asked to purchase one so we decided to offer a TITOV version of a protective mask.
The best part is that every purchase helps us continue making masks for those who are on the front lines. The cost of these masks helps cover labor and materials for two masks, yours, and the donated mask. Our masks are made out of two layers of cotton and the Deco style having an additional layer of our signature deco fabric.
All masks are reusable and machine washable- just don’t tumble dry them! Our masks like to be air-dried. No Iron.

We ask that you allow an additional few days for shipment of these masks, as we are making them to-order and prioritizing the donation of free masks.

Returns & Exchanges
We know sometimes things don't work out, but we are here to help! You have 30 days to return or exchange any items (sale items are final). Refunds will be refunded to the same method of payment or as a gift card.
DOMESTIC: We want you to love your items, but life happens! So if you receive something and realize it’s not quite right, you have up to 30 days from date of purchase to return or exchange your products for free. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
CANADA: We are not able to offer returns to international customers at this time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, with tags still attached. Underwear is to be tried on on top of clean underwear, for sanitary reasons :) Any items with noticeable wear will not be credited.
WHERE TO DROP OFF A RETURN/ EXCHANGE: You can drop your order off in either a UPS store or a US Postal store.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned or exchanged items.
Shipping: Please note that when you return an item, shipping will not be refunded.
SALE ITEMS. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale. This includes any items purchased during a promotional time.
SITE WIDE SALE. Any items purchased on the site wide sale are not eligible for return. If you would like an exchange please email email@example.com.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

USPS First Class Mail International (3-4 weeks) $15 *Due to COVID, shipping to CA is taking longer than usual, we insure every shipment to make sure there are no issues.
Returns: Unfortunately we are unable to receive returns at this time.
Missing Packages: By agreeing to purchase through TITOVLabel.com, you are responsible for any missing or stolen packages after it leaves TITOV's warehouse. We will reach out to the carrier on your behalf as a courtesy.
