It’s been a rough one, We always see the “happy” holiday promos, and posts and everyone in our surroundings is loving the holiday season. But sometimes that isn’t what we are experiencing. I personally was going though a break up. What I thought was going to be a great two weeks of catching up on work, turned into two weeks of crying and not being able to get out of bed.
But then the next day shows up and it’s 1% better, and then the next day, and then the next day. So for anyone dealing with anything that feels unbearable, I bet a lot of us are dealing with the same- you just don’t know it. And unfortunately, with my ripe 30 years, the one cure to everything is alway time. So join me in taking every day by day, and we’ll all feel better soon.
