I don’t know my size, can you help?
Of course! You can either find our guide here or schedule a virtual fitting with us through this link.
How long does shipping usually take?
Typically you should be able to receive your order 5-7 business days form when you placed your order. However shipping times may be delayed, because of the impact of COVID-19 on shipping services. You can find more information on shipping here.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States as well as Canada! For more info on shipping click here. Want us to ship to your country? Email Hello@titovlabel.com letting us know!
Do I need to pay import taxes if I live in Canada?
No! We manage this on our end, so you will only need to pay the $15 shipping fees. You can find more information on shipping here.
My purchase doesn’t fit, can I return it?
We get it, not everything is always going to work out, which is why we offer free returns & exchanges. Of course for sanitary reasons we can only accept returns that have not been worn. Email hello@titovlabel.com with your order number to receive your return label. You can find more information on shipping here.
You don’t have my size, will you be expanding?
Yes! We add a new size almost every month. We may already have your size, but haven’t made it available on the site. Email us at Hello@titovlabel.com to ask us about the status of your size!

How long do custom orders take?
We want to make sure they come out perfect, which is why it could take up to 10 days to make your custom bra. But don’t worry we will give you updates through so you can rest assured. Follow this link to find out more about our custom bra services.

Why are you selling face and nose masks?
We found out our local frontline workers were in need of nose and face coverings. With us having the resources to make masks, it was a no brainer. If you’d like to help us donate additional masks click here.
