Why Your Order Takes Weeks To Ship

WHAT?! Two weeks? Ok, ok, it takes two weeks for us to ship your order- sometimes. Typically we ship in a couple of days, just like any other brand. But when it does take a while, let us explain to you why. 

To start off, we pack and ship every. single. order. out of our studio. No big warehouse, no randos packing up your precious lingerie. We individually pack every single one and customize each hangtag to say your name. You may have also noticed the various pouches your lingerie comes in, well those are all made by my mother in Florida, because as she says " I'm bored when I watch General Hospital" lol

Every Fabric has it's own unique story, some are my grandmothers brought back from Russia, some are fabric my mother and I have hoarded over the years, others are repurposed gowns. Chances are you'll never get two of the same pouches, and we thing that's pretty special. 

Here at TITOV, we believe in slow fashion and take pride in the fact that most of our lingerie is made to order in our NYC studio by experts. This means that every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail, ensuring that you receive a product that is not only beautiful, but also made to last. Sometimes we make 10 at a time, sometimes we make just one, depending on what seems to be popular that week. 

We use only the finest materials and our team of experts are dedicated to creating the perfect fit. Finding the best laces from France, rose gold hardware that elevates each piece, and one of a kind fabrics, no other lingerie brand has. 

We know that waiting for your order can be a bit of a drag, but we promise it's worth the wait! We know you appreciate the time and care that goes into each piece and are thrilled with the final product.
