RETURNS & EXCHANGES

DOMESTIC: We want you to love your items, but life happens! So if you receive something and realize it’s not quite right, you have up to 30 days from date of purchase to return or exchange your products for free. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
CANADA: We are not able to offer returns to international customers at this time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, with tags still attached. Underwear is to be tried on on top of clean underwear, for sanitary reasons :) Any items with noticeable wear will not be credited.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN/ EXCHANGE: To complete your return, please email hello@titovlabel.com. In the subject line please include “Return (or Exchange): (your order #)”. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label via email.
You can drop your order off in either a UPS store or a US Postal store.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned or exchanged items.
Shipping: Please note that when you return an item, shipping will not be refunded.
Missing Packages: If package was not delivered you must notify us with 30 of the expected delivery date. Any lack of communication past 30 days of expected delivery is assumed the package was received.
SALE ITEMS AND $0 ITEMS. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items and items priced at $0 are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. This includes items purchased during site-wide sales. Additionally, if shipping was paid on any order, the shipping cost is non-refundable.
SITE WIDE SALE. Any items purchased on the site wide sale are not eligible for return. If you would like an exchange please email hello@titovlabel.com.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
