  • First thing I do in the am? Making a huge pot of espresso! I bring back coffee beans whenever I visit South America and they just make the best iced lattes.

  • I’m currently reading Never enough: the neuroscience and experience of addiction by Judith Grisel.

  • I’ve started to do a daily guided meditation - trying out new teachers
    and techniques from reiki to self/ hypnosis has made it a really fun and interesting journey.

I’m celebrating four years sober from alcohol this summer and sobriety changed my life! Society has such a misunderstanding of the disease of addiction, punishing addicts for being sick instead of offering healing. If anyone out there is struggling, please know there is a way out, you just need to ask for help.

  • When I’m stressed, I call my sister. She’s grounded and logical, where I’m impulsive and emotional. She always brings me back to earth and gives the best advice.

  • My Everyday Favorites: Pilates, cryotherapy, mocktails, painting with acrylics and spray paint.
